Winter lockdown has been hard on us all in our various ways; and there are some creative and beautiful gestures locally that make things so much more bearable. For Gaye & I our daily treat is a stroll around Ettington Park.

The hotel have sadly had to cancel so many magical weddings in their endearing little chapel but have been so generous in sharing the grounds with walkers and local dog lovers.

They have put on a lovely spread of take-away options to graze on as you allow yourself to soak in the beautiful view and the majestic trees.

We were working on ideas for DIY Pottery at home kits when we came up with the idea of Fairy Doors for the park! So for this half term we have installed five doors for you to find and share on Instagram…… a Fairy Treasure Hunt - what fun! : )

All posts on Instagram containing all FIVE doors and tagging in both @ceramicsstudiow & @ettingtonparkhotel will be entered in to a raffle to kin won of our Fairy Door Kits complete with clay & firing.
