Walkies anyone? There is nothing so good as a long walk before work, sets me up for the day. I often listen to some life affirming sounds or do a mediation, and I am becoming superstitious now that the days will just be better for it!

The Ettington Park hotel is a stunning building and I love to sneak a walk around there whenever I can, it has a great history and lots to explore.

I am a believer in making the best of what you have but oh I am I so lucky to have landed here, it is so beautiful! I love a soul cleansing walk along the nearby bridleway and my dogs love it too! A beautiful environment can make such a difference to happiness but so too can good neighbours and I have the best. When I first moved here it really took some time to get know, I ve mentioned this before. Melanie and Peter really did everything they could to spread the word and support the studio. I was very grateful and remain so. We are both busy these days but we try to snatch a walk whenever we can and let our dogs catch up on the sniffs ; )
